Mark Birch-Machin (Prof)
Professor of Molecular Dermatology at Newcastle University, and Chief Scientific Officer at the University spin out company, Skin Life Analytics Ltd. Since 1995, his research focus has been the response of human skin to the environment, particularly skin ageing, alongside additional commercial and media applications. He received a Lifetime Achievement award for his contribution to Cosmetic Science at the Royal Society of Chemistry in 2023.
